Hi, my name is Cara Van and I'm an avid writer. My interests include fitness, focusing heavily now on how to gain weight, bulking up to have more confidence like an alpha male. Alpha male is simply a guy who is confident and very sure of himself. My next self-improvement is to learn how to grow taller and I've been focusing on exercising to stimulate HGH. Last but not least, a simple 10 day diet, master cleanse to detox when necessary.

Ez, I'm DJ Refix, coming at ya from Birmingham.

I'm founder and CEO of Evasive Action, and along with many other local dnb heads (djs/producers/promoters/ravers) have help to create a buzzin local dnb scene.

East Anglian 22 year old DJ.   Love my jump up, wobble, dark, dirty tunes. 

well im 21, have been djin for around 4 yrs, but djin drum n bass for around 1 and a half i think, used to mix oldskool garage before then. i have a dabble in the prodcution to but things are only just startin to get back on track after a 3-4month break from it. i used to dj on DEEP FM around 2-3 yrs ago as a garage dj playing mainly oldskool every saturday morning 10am til 12. After a period of time i started to get bored with the whole garage thing and decided dnb was the way forward.  I then moved onto DREAM FM 99.2 and dj'd drum n bass on the 10pm til 12 slot every friday night.
